The Cluster Board is made up of the Cluster Executive Team, plus the Chairmen of the four constituent PCTs and five more Non-Executive Directors (NED), one from each of the four PCT Boards and one from West Midlands SHA. The four PCT Chairmen take the role of Cluster Board Chairman on a six-month rotation. The current Cluster Chairman is Gill Cooper (Chairman, NHS Dudley). The Board also has two Public and Patient representatives, nominated by the Black Country’s four LINk (Local Involvement Network) groups.
